After more than a decade in the construction industry as a builder, I saw firsthand that VDC/BIM is the future of design and construction efficiency. I came to know VEC while serving as a board member on the Construction Management Advisory Council (CMAC) and member of the Construction Technology Committee (CTEC) at Cal Poly, SLO. There, I was introduced to Shane Saltzgiver (Founder & CEO of VEC). Instantly, Shane and I connected on the untapped potential of VDC/BIM in the industry and how VEC was going to change the game; providing unprecedented value to its clients and challenging the status quo.
During my first visit to VEC HQ in San Francisco, I was struck by the electric atmosphere, filled with talented individuals who share my vision and passion.
