With VEC’s Change Order Request (COR) Validation Feature, change orders, usually arising amidst the ongoing construction, become a less stressful disruption to the established workflow. BIM software, such as BIM 360, provides efficient change order request management in the collaborative environment as all the parties involved in the project — from stakeholders to trades — are able to have access to the object’s 3D model and its exhaustive related data, including project scope, schedule, and budget. This allows us to ensure that the COR Validation process is highly informed, well-structured and organized, and the impact on the project turnover is easily predictable.
